This does not guarantee a spot at the show. Pre-registration is optional. It simply allows you to complete your registration paperwork ahead of time; it does not reserve or hold a display spot. Display spots are assigned according to the Display Spot Roping-Off Policy on our Show Rules page.
Filling out the form below gets your exhibitor paperwork done early so there's less to handle when you arrive on show weekend. You can still exhibit without pre-registering; this is simply a convenience for those who'd like to take care of it in advance.
By submitting the pre-registration form, you agree to the following:
"I understand that exhibiting equipment at the National Pike Steam, Gas & Horse Association's Annual Steam Show is voluntary and at my own risk. I release the Association, its officers, and volunteers from liability for loss, theft, or damage to my equipment, and I agree to operate any powered equipment safely and in accordance with show grounds rules."
